I came into our Lettings team a few years ago and I am obsessed with all things property related, from beautiful Victorian front doors to super contemporary house design! I love everything that Cheadle Hulme has to offer, and it is perfect for young families like ours.
My role in SW is helping our clients to progress their sale from accepting an offer right through to handing over the keys at the end. I love being around when the happy new buyers come in for their keys! I have grown up in the area and now my children go to school here too so I can say first hand that it is a great place to live.
I came into the property industry around a year ago and I love it! Day to day I arrange our social media, I liaise with our clients about their marketing, and I handle offers. For me, Cheadle Hulme is a great place to live plus you can easily get the train into Town for a night out.
My role at SW is onboarding our new clients from the initial valuation through to the photographing and videoing of their homes. We are always looking for new techniques and ideas to make our properties stand out from the crowd. In my spare time you will find me with my family or on the Golf course at Bramhall Park Golf Club!
I met Ian at Cheadle Lacrosse Club many years ago and that lead to us starting SW in 2005. I am involved in the day to day running of the business and I look after our Landlord and Investor clients. Along with my wife, Lucy we have lived in the area for over 30 years, and we brought up our daughters here in Cheadle Hulme. When I am not working or watching Lacrosse I will often call into The Church or The Milly.
I have been on the Lettings team at SW since 2015 and my role is liaising with our landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth move in process along with the ongoing property management. Out of work I like to walk into Bramhall Park and I love the Sunday roasts at the John Millington.
I have worked on Saturdays in SW for the last few years, I really enjoy being part of the family business and part of the SW team. Saturdays are always super busy with viewings and offers! I have grown up in Cheadle Hulme and when I am not working, I like nights out in Bramhall or getting the train into Manchester.
I am new to the SW team but I have known most of them growing up so I feel at home here. I am part of the sales team and am enjoying getting to know our amazing properties and clients. I like to take some time out to train and relax in the gym and I am a big fan of Gusto.
