The Villas were a small development of just four town houses built in the style of the surrounding Victorian Homes. They were being marketed with another agent when the developer approached us for some fresh ideas. We had a stunning video created to show not just the homes, but how close they were to the bustling Bramhall Village, this really elevated the profile of the site. We then arranged for some of the rooms to be furnished using CGI images to give buyers more of a feel of how things would look when they moved in. This was all accompanied with extensive social media marketing along with communications to our mailing list and online advertsing. The result was all four homes were then sold.
Woodford View is a beautiful development of six houses overlooking fields. We were involved in this site from the initial launch. We looked at the features of these homes and had an amazing drone video made to show off the green belt surroundings and the high spec interiors. We had a very successful open house early on in the process which was on the back of a massive social media launch, mailing list marketing, direct mail to other houses in the area and online marketing. Two of the houses were reserved early on with the remaining four following suit shortly after.
