I play a key role within our business by providing clients with ongoing advice and support after they instruct us to market their home. I’m also involved in new business and property valuations, helping clients take the right first steps on their moving journey.

With over 30 years of experience in the estate agency industry, I bring a high level of expertise and a deep understanding of the property market to every client interaction.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking my dog through local parks such as Bramhall Park and Bruntwood Park. I’m also a regular at David Lloyd Cheadle, where I make the most of my passion for swimming.

I founded Snowden Wilkinson in 2005 alongside my wife, Lucy. We set out to build a property business based on personal service, strong local knowledge, and lasting relationships, values we continue to prioritise every day. I’m actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business and am keen in supporting my team and the departments they head up.

Although we raised our daughters in Cheadle Hulme, we now live in Gatley, which is where I grew up and remain deeply connected to the local area and community. When I’m not working or watching Lacrosse, you’ll often find me calling into the Farrier or Milly to catch up with familiar faces.

At SW, my role involves carrying out market appraisals, photography, and guiding clients as they begin their move. With eight years at SW, I bring both expertise and a genuine passion for helping people take the next step in their journey.

Having grown up in Cheadle Hulme and now living in Bramhall, I combine in-depth knowledge of the local property market with a true understanding of the area’s communities. This means I can offer clients not only accurate advice on values and trends but also the kind of day-to-day insights that really make a difference when moving home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, sampling the great food and drink in Cheadle Hulme and Bramhall villages, or playing a quick round at Bramall Park Golf Club.

At SW I work on the creative side of marketing our properties across our social media platforms. Aswell as onboarding our new clients and guiding them through the first steps of getting them on the market. From this, I advise and support our vendors through all stages of being on the market. First viewing through to offer accepted.  

I grew up in Cheadle Hulme and now live in Gatley. I have 8 years client relations and business operations experience and love the fast-paced work life here at SW! 

Outside of work I enjoyed a spa day / gym sesh at David Llyod, spending time with family & friends and winding down with a crisp pint. 

I’ve been part of the SW team for almost four years, working within our sales department. With a strong background in client relations, my focus is on guiding our vendors & buyers through the legal stages of their sale, from offer accepted right through to completion day.

I work closely with our partner solicitors, mortgage advisors, and sales progressors to ensure a smooth journey for our clients, keeping them informed and supported every step of the way.

Having grown up in Heald Green, I bring strong local knowledge and insight into the area.

Outside of work, I love a good holiday, trying out new restaurants, and heading out on scenic countryside walks.

I started my estate agency journey at SW back in 2020, took some time out to travel and live in Australia and now I’m back doing what I love, helping people find their next home. I specialise in sales and bring a fresh, modern twist to estate agency with a strong focus on social media. 

I live in Cheadle Hulme and grew up here meaning I have strong area knowledge and plenty of local recommendations.

Outside of work, you’ll find me cooking up something tasty, planning my next adventure, or pretending to train for a half marathon (with more enthusiasm than success).

I have been at SW for 10 years and my role is managing our lettings department. I work closely with our landlords and tenants and ensure all tenancies run smoothly.  

I grew up in Cheadle Hulme and still live locally with my young family. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, days out and am partial to a malbec in the milly. 

At SW, my role covers day-to-day administration, conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers. You’ll also often find me behind the camera, creating content for our social media platforms.

Having lived in both Cheadle Hulme and Bramhall, I enjoy sharing my local knowledge with clients alongside my understanding of the property market, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, I love playing and watching football, as well as socialising and spending quality time with friends and family.

At SW, my role is to ensure every applicant feels supported throughout their home search. I guide buyers after viewings, match them with suitable properties, and keep them informed about new opportunities as they arise. My goal is to make the process less overwhelming and ensure every buyer feels confident and cared for throughout their journey.

Originally from Ireland, I’ve travelled extensively before settling in Gatley, which I now proudly call home. With a background in business development and a genuine passion for helping people, I focus on simplifying the buying process. This includes connecting clients with trusted professionals such as mortgage brokers and solicitors, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the golf course, making music, or exploring the fantastic food and drink spots around SK8.
